Background

The United Kingdom is a unitary state under a constitutional monarchy. Queen Elizabeth II is the monarch and head of state of the UK. The UK has a parliamentary government with Boris Johnson currently serving as Prime Minister.
Most of the United Kingdom has a temperate climate, with generally cool temperatures and plentiful rainfall all year round
Sole Representative Visa (SRV)
While there are many routes for immigration to the UK, our company deals only in the Sole Representative Visa (SRV).
The SRV visa allows a foreign company to send a representative (and their family) to come and establish a branch of said company in the UK.
Benefits

Sole representatives that operate successfully for the first three years may qualify for an additional two-year visa extension

After five years, you may qualify for permanent residency

After six years, you may qualify for British nationality

Organizations can send a single staff member to the UK to test the market without the need to outlay large amounts of capital
Eligibility
Eligibility For Applicant

The applicant must be a senior employee recruited outside of the UK

The applicant must not be a majority shareholder in the company

The applicant needs to have qualifications and experience relevant to the nature of the business

The applicant must take up full-time employment, working for the parent company in the UK

The applicant must have sufficient knowledge of the English language

The applicant must have sufficient funds to support themselves and their dependents during their stay in the UK
Eligibility For Company

The company must be a genuine, existing enterprise that will benefit from a personal presence in the UK

The larger part of the business should continue overseas after the applicant has established a presence in the UK
-
The overseas company should have been operating for at least 12 months

The company should have a clear and comprehensive business plan

The company must be able to show three years of detailed finances
